It came in a pile of its much smaller friends.

We're still not sure what it was, but we believe that it used to live in the sea.   At least part of the time anyway.

His little friends were much more palatable.

Fried things mostly likely from the sea at least part of the time and Heineken.  Now that's what I call "dessert."
