I had a conversation with one of the managers, and I'm told that one
side will be a deli, not much unlike the bulk of the existing Jerry's
(meats, prepared foods, breads, cheeses, etc), and the other side will
be an pizzeria. Of course I asked if it would be brick oven and was
told "yes...authentic Italian pizzeria." Update: More info on the pizza found here!
The spaces are a good size. High ceilings and two levels in a brand new building. Parking will no doubt suck.
I'm sure they'll also carry their great jarred pasta sauces which are made from only the good stuff.
The plan is to be open some time by November. At the corner of Chestnut and Franklin in Ridgewood, NJ.
